We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to join our Watu Simu team in Nigeria. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving sales targets. You will represent Watu Simu in the field, engaging with potential customers, and promoting our phone ownership solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties
 As a sales Executive at Watu, you'll be at the helm of this revolutionary endeavour, shaping the future of finance. You'll lead a dynamic team of sales professionals, driving business growth and helping customers fulfil their financial aspirations through innovative solutions.   
Generate Leads:
Identify and prospect potential customers in designated areas through various channels, including door-to-door visits, cold calling, and networking.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and gather insights into customer preferences and purchasing behavior.
Sales Conversion:
Build rapport and establish relationships with prospects to understand their needs and preferences.
Present Watu Simu products and services effectively, highlighting their features, benefits, and affordability.
Guide customers through the sales process, address objections, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain regular contact with existing customers to foster long-term relationships and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance using CRM software or other tracking tools.
Prepare regular sales reports and analysis to evaluate performance, identify trends, and recommend strategies for improvement.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Collaborate with colleagues and team members to share best practices, insights, and feedback.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration preferred
Three years of direct sales experience required
Technical understanding of the CRM system
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications, consumer electronics, or financial services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
